Kate grew up as a competitive swimmer and has always been outgoing and loved trying new things. After feeling lost and unmotivated in training in a normal gym almost 6 years ago she tried CrossFit and has never looked back.
What started out as a hobby, quickly turned into a passion in which she is always striving to better herself and pass on to the people she coaches. She is a big believer in the methodology behind CrossFit and how it can change someone’s life for the better not only physically but mentally as well. CrossFit didn’t come naturally to Kate which is why she understands the importance of breaking down each movement, explaining progressions and helping the members to move better, become stronger, whatever their goal might be. She has an eye for detail and loves to continuously learn. “CrossFit is a never-ending story. There is always something new to learn, to get better at, to teach and I love it”.Now a mother of two her passion for health and fitness has grown even more as she aims to set a good example for her children and to show other mothers that exercise and looking after yourself is still manageable with a growing family.
